五钝使

(五鈍使, 五钝使)

pañca-kleśa [lang id =1028]五重滯; [lang id =1028]五惑 The five dull, unintelligent, or stupid vices or temptations: [lang id =1028]貪 desire, [lang id =1028]嗔 anger or resentment, [lang id =1028]癡 stupidity or foolishness, [lang id =1028]慢 arrogance, [lang id =1028]疑 doubt. Overcoming these constitutes the (sa) pañca-śīla, five virtues, v. [lang id =1028]尸羅. Of the ten [lang id =1028]十使 or agents the other five are styled [lang id =1028]五利 keen, acute, intelligent, as they deal with higher qualities.
